BACKGROUND
The Mutual Aid Agreement for emergency response was requested by the State of Texas through the Lower Rio Grande Valley Development Council (LRGVDC) to all Municipalities and Counties in Willacy, Cameron and Hidalgo Counties, updated from the original agreement from 10/2/2003.
