BACKGROUND
The following family is being recommended for approval to receive assistance under the Texas Department of Housing & Community Affairs (TDHCA) Colonia Self-Help Center Program (CSHC) #CSH24-0164 and HOME Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program:
The amount of assistance to the family will be determined after receipt of bids through the procurement process. Thereafter, selection of bidders will be presented to County Commissioner’s Court. Funding is available through the TDHCA SHC Contract #CSH24-0165 & FY 2025 HOME Budget. The Urban County Program staff recommends approval of applicants.
