Discussion, consideration and possible action to award the best and final negotiated contract for professional engineering services to Javier Hinojosa Engineering in the amount of $56,000.00 utilizing CDBG Fiscal Year 2025 City of Hidalgo Flood Drainage Improvements Funding and approval of Work Authorization No. 1.
