Discussion, consideration and possible action to award the best and final negotiated contract for Professional Engineering Services in the amount of $28,525.00 utilizing CDBG Fiscal Year 2025 City of  La Joya Parks & Recreational  Improvements Funding and approval of Work Authorization No. 1.

On April 14th 2026 Commissioner’s Court approved contract negotiations with RRP Consulting Engineers LLC., for Professional Engineering Services. See attached Contracts, Exhibits, Work Authorization with Attachments, Certificate of Liability Insurance, and HB-1295 forms.
