Discussion, consideration and possible action to award the best and final negotiated contract for Professional Geo Technical Material Testing Services in the amount of $12,628.58 utilizing CDBG Fiscal Year 2024 City of Palmview Street Improvements Funding and approval of Work Authorization No. 1.

On April 28th  2026 Commissioner’s Court approved contract negotiations with B2Z Engineering LLC., for Professional Geo Technical Material Testing Services. See attached Contracts, Exhibits, Work Authorization with Attachments, Certificate of Liability Insurance, and HB-1295 forms.
