Discussion, consideration, and possible action approving the Urban County Program to enter into a contract with Clayton Homes the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $129,365.02 for single-family housing demolition and reconstruction services.  (Subject to legal review)

The applicants were approved to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners’ Court.  Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, August 26, 2026.

1.  (1) Unit in the Countywide area in the total amount of $129,365.02.

Subject to compliance with HB 1295, when and if applicable.
