BACKGROUND
Request for contract increase in the amount of $9,853.00 for the proposed revisions to the two tennis courts, with submitted pricing to account for the additional materials, labor, and scope required to implement the recommendations outlined in the revised RFI 010 response, including the conversion of one tennis court into four pickleball courts with revised striping and associated equipment. Requesting an additional 21 days due to additional work. This results in a new contract expiration date of 11/04/26.
