To resolve the tie, the evaluation scores were averaged, resulting in a final score of 96.6 points for Izaguirre Engineering Group, LLC and 95 points for Hinojosa Engineering, Inc. Based on the final scores, Izaguirre Engineering Group, LLC received the highest score and is being recommended for selection to provide the required surveying and engineering services for the project.
