1.  Discussion, consideration and action to approve the “PossAble Dream” Literacy Initiative under the Hidalgo County Literacy Program, as authorized under Section 381.004(b)(6) and (c) of the Texas Local Government Code;
2.  Pursuant to action taken by HCCC 03-03-15 Regular Agenda 6.F. AI#45701 under TXLGC 381; Requesting exemption from competitive procurement requirements as authorized under a contract for community economic development made by the County;
3.  Approval of an Agreement between Hidalgo County, by and through the County Judge’s Office, and The PossAble Dream Foundation to assist in the administration of the “PossAble Dream” Literacy Initiative under the Hidalgo County Literacy Program.
