BACKGROUND
Employee #210773 may request to receive cash payment for accrued Annual Leave, Compensatory Leave and Holiday Leave from the Elected Official. The request must be submitted to the Commissioner’s Court as the governing authority for approval. Employees shall be paid at an hourly rate commensurate with the employee’s last classified “non-exempt” rate of pay. Annual Leave, Holiday Leave, and Compensatory time are to be paid based on the transfer to a grant-funded position.
