Discussion, consideration and possible action approving Urban County Program to enter into a construction contract with 2GS LLC dba Earthworks Enterprise, the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $260,846.40 utilizing CDBG funds from Fiscal Year 2024 Palmview Street Improvement Funds.
BACKGROUND
The bid opening was held on August 12, 2026 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was with 2GS LLC dba Earthworks Enterprise. Project consists of street improvements. Attached is letter of recommendation by the project engineer Izaguirre Engineering Group, LLC and contractor’s general liability insurance.
