Discussion, consideration and possible action approving Urban County Program to enter into a construction contract with Elite Grading & Paving, LLC, the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $214,865.55 utilizing CDBG funds from Fiscal Year 2023 and 2024 Mercedes Street Improvement Funds.
BACKGROUND
The bid opening was held on September 9, 2026 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was with Elite Grading & Paving, LLC. Project consists of street improvements. Attached is letter of recommendation by the project engineer S2 Engineering PLLC and contractor’s general liability insurance.
