Constable Precinct 2 – DEA McAllen Task Force (1284):
1. Approval of a State and Local Task Force Agreement between the Hidalgo County Constable Precinct 2 Office and the United States Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), with authorization for Constable Martin Cantu to sign all pertinent documentation.
2. Requesting authorization to pay overtime reimbursable under the agreement terms and conditions.
3. Approval of certification of revenue, as certified by the County Auditor, for the FY2026 Constable Precinct 2 Task Force Agreement in the amount of $22,377.00 and appropriation of the same amount.
