Discussion, consideration, and possible action approving the Urban County Program to enter into a contract with A-One Insulation & RG Enterprises, LLC dba G & G Contractors the lowest responsible bidder in that amount of $464,300.00 for single-family housing demolition and reconstruction services.
BACKGROUND
The applicants were approved to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners’ Court. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, September 16, 2026.
Subject to compliance with HB 1295, when and if applicable.
- (1) Unit in the City of Donna, and (1) unit in the City of Elsa in the total amount of $228,500.00 to A-One Insulation.
- (2) Units in the Countywide area in the total amount of $235,800.00 to RG Enterprises, LLC dba G & G Contractors
Subject to compliance with HB 1295, when and if applicable.
