BACKGROUND
Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 is requesting approval of the Program Amendment for Program Years 20 & 21 (2007 & 2008). Hidalgo County Precinct No.1 will reallocate funds for the completion of a water & sewer improvement and clearance & demolition project. A public hearing was held on October 7, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. and citizen participation requirements have been met. See attached detailed amendment.
