Presentation for discussion, acceptance and approval of a proposal  submitted by Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc./WTI/Tremco Commercial Line Item Pricing through the County's participation/membership with The Cooperative Purchasing Network (TCPN) contract #R4812 for the provision of labor and materials including, but not limited to, roofing replacement, with 10 year warranty, 10 year service & maintenance agreement with annual inspections and any other accessories as may be needed for the roof replacement to  the County-owned building (property) located on Moorefiled Rd., aka, the Longoria property with authority to issue a purchase order in the amount of:

A.  $ 412,000.00 (Base proposal is a new clay or synthetic tile); or, 
B.  $ 392,000.00 (Alternate proposal the an Architectural Standing Seam Metal Roofing).
