The Urban County Program is requesting approval and award of contract with Centerline Construction in the amount of $46,809.50 for the Water/Sewer Improvements Project in the City of Donna utilizing Years 17-19 (2004-2006) funds.

BACKGROUND

City of Donna has requested and received bids for a Water/Sewer Improvements project to include the installation of sewer lines to the alley between 5th & 6th street and the alley between 6th and 7th street, within the City of Donna.  The lowest qualified bid was received from Centerline Construction in the amount of $46,809.50.  (See attached bid tabulation sheet.)  Letter of recommendation from Noe Garza Engineers, Inc is also attached for your review.

Funds Available: $56.13 FY 17- 2004 City of Donna
  $22,345.06 FY 18- 2005 City of Donna
  $31,800.00 FY 19- 2006 Precinct No. 1 (Donna)
Total Funds Available: $54,201.19
