Consideration and approval of an order authorizing issuance, sale and delivery of Two Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($225,000) Hidalgo County, Texas Tax Notes, Series 2008; payable from the levy of a direct and continuing annual ad valorem tax within the limits prescribed by law as authorized pursuant to Chapter 137, Acts of 73rd Legislature, Regular Session 1993 (Government Code Section 1431.001 et. seq.); prescribing the terms and form thereof; providing for the payment of the principal thereof and interest thereon; and making other provisions regarding such notes and matters incident thereto.
