Presentation for discussion, consideration and applicable action related to the "As Built drawings of the existing Courthouse to include Annexes and the surrounding Parking Areas & Sidewalks Project" including, but not limited to, the following options and recommendations:

A.  Cancel the project so as to determine the final costs, construction timelines including occupancy associated with the current renovations to the former Administration Building located at 100 E. Cano, Edinburg, Texas; and, if approved,

B.  Proceed to send notice to the architect firm of ERO International, Inc. of the County's cancellation of the project and cease negoations; or,

C. Proceed with completing the current on-going process of selection of the architect for the project;
