1. Sergio Raul Ornelas Fernandez de Jauregui: starting at Nebraska Heights Subdivision located 2,240 feet east of Tower Road and 2,900 feet west of Border Road. The 24 inch storm line with 4 manholes will be laid on the south side of Nebraska Road ROW approximate 1,700 feet east onto an existing TX-DOT drainage ditch which drains north onto the Alamo Lateral Drain ditch.
2. Dollar General: Install a 6" waterline on Ridge Rd. east of Alamo.
3. Dollar General: Install an 18" storm sewer line on Ridge Rd. east of Alamo.
4. Dollar General: Install a 10" PVC sewer line on Ridge Rd. east of Alamo.
5. North Alamo Water Supply: Approximately 2550' east of FM 88 on the north side of mile 12.5N - Bore- Shilo Subd. No.2; 8" waterline w/16" casing.
