The Urban County Program is requesting the award of bid and approval of contract for the demolition and reconstruction of the following:
1. (2) Units in the Countywide area and (1) Rehabilitation in the Countywide area in the total amount of $103,200.00 to CRG Homes.
BACKGROUND
The families were approved to receive assistance under the HOME-Homeowner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners’ Court on September 23, October 28 and November 12, 2008. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, December 17, 2008.
