1. Public Hearing concerning a proposed Program Amendment for Urban County Program FY 18 (2005), YR 19 (2006), YR 20 (2007) & FY 21 (2008) for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 2. The proposed amendment will add streets to the existing Street Improvement work plans.
2. Requesting approval of a Program Amendment for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 2 to add streets to the existing work plans for Urban County Program Year 18(2005), Year 19(2006), Year 20(2007) & Year 21(2008).

The proposed amendment for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 2 will add streets to the existing work plans in UCP Year 18(2005), Year 19(2006), Year 20(2007) & Year 21(2008). A Public Hearing was held on December 30, 2008 at 9:30 A.M., and citizen participation requirements have been met. See attached detailed amendment.

Year 18(2005), Year 19 (2006), Year 20 (2007), & Year 21 (2008):
*The proposed Amendment will add to the existing Street Improvement work plan the following streets and the surrounding streets in the general vicinity of: Chula Vista Estates, Loma Linda Estates, Citriana Village Subdivision, Country Palms RV, Morning Set, Val-Bar Rd., Moonlight Rd, Sioux Road, North and South Cesar Chavez Road, and Carroll Road (pending eligibility) located in the Precinct No. 2 area.
