The Urban County Program is requesting approval to enter into a 60-month lease agreement on a postage meter with Pitney Bowes an awarded vendor through TXMAS BuyBoard contract 5-36070 in the amount of $83.00/month. The lease includes the re-set, (EMA) Maintenance, rates for scale, confirmation services that save on certified / overnight & second days.
BACKGROUND
Urban County Program currently uses the services of Pitney Bowes. The 60-month agreement would lock in the above rate for that period with no additional annual fees. See attachments.
