A. Presentation for discussion acceptance and approval to exercise the "thirty (30) day written notice of termination of contract" with Federico Lozano, d/b/a Blue Steel Construction under Contract No. C-08-264-09-09-"Replacement of Overhead Doors" as recommended for consideration by the Hidalgo County Buildings and Grounds. 

B.  Requesting authority to request proposals from State awarded vendors, Co-ops, and/or JOC vendors for the "Replacement of existing Overhead Doors & Related materials to County Wide Shop"

BACKGROUND

Contract was approved on September 9, 2008 and project not started.  Numerous attempts to contact company have been made with no answers from awared vendor.
