Approval of 2009 appropriation of funds for the Constable Precinct No. 1 - LEOSE and 2008 LEOSE interest earned in the amount of $1,274.49.
BACKGROUND
1. To appropriate $1219.94 received for 2009 LEOSE and place money into object #9-1220-421-00-291-002-0-583. This revenue is to be used for educational training for full time Peace Officers and fully paid law enforcement support personnel. Any unexpended amount will be carried over to the following year.
2. Appropriate $54.55 LEOSE Interest earned in 2008 and transfer money into object #9-1220-421-00-291-002-0-584.
