a. Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements under the Texas Local Government Code, Section 262.024 (A) (4) a professional service for engineering services in connection with county buildings/structures needing repairs and/or renovations located in Precinct #4;

Presentation of scoring grid (for the purposes of ranking by CC) of the firms graded & evaluated through the County's approved "pool" of engineers in connection with professional engineering services required for county owned buildings/structures in need of repairs/renovations located in Pct. #4;
