Presentation for discussion, consideration and action on a request from District Attorney for Commissioner's Court to consider procuring the renovation/remodeling of Administration Building through solicitation of sealed proposals from either job order contractors or trades, labor and materials awarded vendors through the County's membership/participation through cooperative purchasing programs as opposed to proceeding with action to approve authority to publish advertisement of sealed bids for the: Renovation/Remodeling of the first and second floors of the former administration building located at 100 E. Cano, Edinburg, Texas to relocate and house the District Attorney Offices, County Judge's Office and Commissioner's Court Meeting Room Facility.
