The Urban County Program requests approval of Subrecipient Agreement with CASA of Hidalgo County Inc. (Abused & Neglected Children), in the amount of $78,000.00 for Urban County Program Year 22 (2009).

All funding will be utilized for the reimbursement of a salaries case manager(s), case supervisor(s), and child therapist(s) who provide direct services to abused & neglected children. The Agreement shall be effective on July 1, 2009. (See the attached exhibits)
