The Urban County Program requests approval of Subrecipient Agreement with LRGVDC-Foster Grandparent Program (Senior Service) in the amount of $11,500.00 for Urban County Program Year 22 (2009).

All funding will be utilized for the payment of mileage and stipends to elderly volunteers who provide one to one support to children with special needs. The Agreement shall be effective on July 1, 2009. (See attached exhibits)
