Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements under the Texas Local Government Code, Section 262.024 (A) (4) a professional service for engineering services in connection with county owned buildings/structures in need of repairs/renovations located in Pct. # 4 for compliance with statutory occupational code provisions;

Presentation of scoring grid (for the purposes of ranking by CC) of the firms graded & evaluated through the County's approved "pool" for the provision of professional engineering services in connection with county owned buildings/structures in need of repairs/renovations located in Pct. #4 to comply with statutory occupational code limits;
