a.  Approval to purchase Maintenance Management Software with Annual Priority Support ($8,210.00) and Training Services (three days-$3,295.00 + travel expenses) through Hidalgo County's membership/participation with Texas Procurement And Support Services (TPASS) awarded vendor "MicroMain Corporation-TXMAS-5-700200" in connection with Hidalgo County's Facilities Management Department Organizational Realignment in connection with automating work orders, scheduled preventive maintenance, asset histories, inventory /budget control,  fleet management, etc.;

b.  Requesting authority to purchase computer software, equipment and/or peripherals through our membership/participation with Department of Information Resources (DIR) awarded vendor "Dell - DIR-SDD-890-TX" to support the above mentioned software system in the amount of $1,244.25.
