Approval of a Subrecipient Agreement with The Salvation Army and the Urban County Program-Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP).
BACKGROUND
This grant was approved under the Substantial Amendment to the Consolidated Plan 2008 Action Plan under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (“Recovery Act”).
The Salvation Army will use the funds at their homeless shelter. Agreement is for three years and is in the amount of $410,800.88.
