Approval of a Subrecipient Agreement with Valley Initiative for Development & Advancement (VIDA) and Urban County Program-Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP).
BACKGROUND
This grant was approved under the Substantial Amendment to the Consolidated Plan 2008 Action Plan under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (“Recovery Act”).
VIDA will use the funds at their VIDA Center. Agreement is for three years and is in the amount of $727,793.00.
