b.  Requesting authority to re-advertise RFQ/P procurement process (inasmuch as no SOQ's received on 10/28/09) for: "PROFESSIONAL PHYSICIAN SERVICES FOR INMATES-HIDALGO COUNTY ADULT DETENTION FACILITY (JAIL)", (procurement packet-i.e., draft contract, legal notice & Exhibits' A & B attached-RFQ/P No. 2009-461-12-09-otm.
