1. Presentation from the City of Alton, as required by Section 311.003(f) Texas Tax Code, relating to the creation of City of Alton, Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number One.

2. Approval to allow the City of Alton a waiver of the sixty (60) day notice requirement of the public hearing required for the creation of "Proposed City of Alton, Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number One" under Section 311.003 of the Texas Tax Code and authorize County Judge to sign the waiver.

3. Approval to appoint a representative on behalf of Hidalgo County to meet with the governing body of the City of Alton concerning "Proposed City of Alton, Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number One".
