BACKGROUND
.. With the recent change in county judge, the 2008 Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification must be resubmitted. As stated under the "Guide to Equitable Sharing for State and Local Law Enforcement Agencies"; Chapter X. What Are the Reporting and Audit Requirement?; section A. Federal Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification Form: "Participating agencies must notify AFMLS of any change in administration at the law enforcement agency and/or its governing body by checking the "Change in Administration" button and resubmitting the Agreement and Certification form electronically.
