Discussion, consideration and approval of CDBG Disaster Recovery Program Memorandum of Understanding - Sharing of Data Protocol between the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs and Hidalgo County.

This MOU is for the purpose of addressing the access to and handling of data electronically acquired by TDHCA from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).  As administrators of the housing portion of the Disaster Recovery Program that calls for assisting families whose homes were damaged by Hurricane Dolly, this data will assist the Urban County Program staff in preventing a duplication of effort or a duplication of benefits in determining eligibility for disaster assistance.
