BACKGROUND
The Urban County Program is requesting authorization to submit the Three Year Consolidated Strategy Plan for Years 2010-2012 to HUD. Every three (3) or five (5) years the Urban County Program is required by HUD rules and regulations to submit a consolidated plan. This year the Urban County Program will submit a Three Year Consolidated Strategy Plan for Years 2010 to 2012 to HUD.
