BACKGROUND
Pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding and Cost Reimbursement Agreement between the Federal
Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office. These were approved by Commissioners' Court on 02/24/09 (AI-14062). These agreements remain in effect during the agency's participation in the task force, unless terminated by mutual consent of the parties.
The funding terminates September 30, 2010.
