The Urban County Program is requesting authority to purchase water meters through Hidalgo County ‘s membership and participation with TXMAS a Coop awarded vendor W.W. Grainger, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $50,000.00.
BACKGROUND
Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 has allocated $50,000.00 from it’s 2009 FY funding for the purchase of water meters for the City of Edcouch, within the Precinct No. 1 boundaries. Urban County Program will utilize fiscal year 2009 in the amount of $50,000.00 from Precinct No. 1 Water/Sewer Improvements line item.
