Presentation for discussion, consideration and action including, but not limited to, the following items in connection with the Hidalgo County Precinct No. 2-Hauling Services for All Road Materials:

a. Requesting approval to accept letter recieved by awarded vendor, Trev-Cort Trucking, Inc. to reject acceptance and execution of awarded contract.

b. Recommending action to rescind award of bid and contract document (as yet not executed) with Trev-Cort Trucking, Inc. 

c. Recommending action to award bid and contract to the next lowest bidder, International Materials, LLC, for the Hauling Services for All Road Materials (Except Crushed Caliche).
