BACKGROUND
Raba-Kistner Consultants, Inc. has submitted a best and final offer for construction materials testing services for a Street Improvements project within the City of Alton. Raba-Kistner Consultants, Inc. was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioner’s Court. See attached scope of services and Best and Final Offer Letter.
