Consideration and Approval of a Budget & Program Amendment to the Urban County Program Precinct No. 4 Texas Department of Rural Affairs Disaster Recovery Program (TDRA) work plan to re-allocate funding from the Flood and Drainage Facilities line item to the Acquisition line item.
BACKGROUND
Precinct No. 4 is requesting approval of the Budget & Program Amendment for the Trenton Drain project. The reason for this Amendment request is that the cost for acquisition will be higher than originally anticipated. The original amount for Acquisition is $420,349.00 and the Amendment will add $75,000.00 for a total of $495,349.00.
