BACKGROUND
The County of Hidalgo was eligible to receive $26,220,884.00 for Round Two Supplemental Disaster Recovery Fund for non-housing projects that were affected by Hurricane Dolly. The projects to be funded either failed to function as designed or were damaged by Hurricane Dolly.
