Urban County Program is requesting approval of a program amendment for the City of Hidalgo Urban County Program Years 20 & 22 (2007 & 2009). The amendment will delete the proposed park location and create two new park locations.
BACKGROUND
The proposed amendment for the City of Hidalgo will affect the existing work plans in Years 20 & 22 (2007 & 2009). A Public Hearing was held on October 12, 2010 at 6:15 p.m. and citizen participation requirements have been met. See attached detailed amendment.
The proposed program amendment will not alter the project description to purchase recreation and park equipment nor will it affect the 2007 & 2009 original budgets.
Year 20 (2007):
The proposed amendment will delete the park location of 122 N. 1st Street and create two new park locations: (a) Memorial Park located on 610 Patsy Drive, Hidalgo Texas 78557 and (b) Municipal Park located on 301 McColl Road, Hidalgo Texas 78557.
Year 22 (2009):
The proposed amendment will delete the park location of 122 N. 1st Street and create two new park locations: (a) Memorial Park located on 610 Patsy Drive, Hidalgo Texas 78557 and (b) Municipal Park located on 301 McColl Road, Hidalgo Texas 78557.
