BACKGROUND
Said vehicle was forfeited to the Hidalgo County HIDTA Task Force under Cause No. C-1111-10-G and as such Constable Precinct 4 is responsible for all expenditures and requirements as outline in the Texas code of Criminal Procedure Chapter 59.06.
