1. Hold Public Hearing to consider public comments on a proposed budget and program amendment for Pct. #1 utilizing Urban County funds from Program Year 23 (2010).  The amendment will delete park recreational facility improvements and increase funding for street improvements and add a new project.

2. Consideration and approval of a budget & program amendment to the Pct. #1 Urban County Program Fiscal Year 23 (2010) CDBG work plan to cancel the parks, recreational facility line item and increase the Street Improvement funding to include but not limited to the purchase and installation of guard rails and related appurtenances for several streets within Precinct No. 1 areas.

Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 is requesting approval of the budget & program amendment for program year 23 (2010). See attached public hearing notice for project consideration.  A public hearing was held on December 30 at 9:30 a.m. and citizen participation requirements have been met.
