BACKGROUND
The applicants were approved to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners' Court on October 12, 2010. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, January 19, 2011.
