Consideration and Approval to submit an application to the United States International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) by Dos Logistics Inc. to obtain a license for construction, operation and maintenance of drainage works for the TDRA-DR project known as Delta Area Outfall Drainage Improvements Project.

The Urban County Program has been coordinating with Dos Logistics Inc. in an effort to obtain a license for construction from USIBWC for the Delta Area Outfall Drainage Improvements Project. Permit applications submitted to USIBWC for license to construct, operate, and maintain a drainage structure(s) through, upon, or across a levee or other works operated and maintained by the United States Section cannot be considered and approved by the US Section without prior approval and recommendation from local County authorities designated by the County Commissioners’ Court for such purpose.
