1.  Public Hearing concerning a proposed Program Amendment for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4.  The proposed amendment will add additional streets to the Urban County Program work plan Years 20, 21 & 22 (2007, 2008 & 2009).

2.  Requesting approval of a Program Amendment for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4, Years 20, 21 & 22 (2007,2008 & 2009) Urban County Program work plan.  The proposed amendment will add additional streets to its street improvements activity.

The proposed amendment for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4 will add additional streets to its Street Improvements Activities Years 20, 21 & 22 (2007, 2008 & 2009).  A Public Hearing was held on February 14, 2011 at 9:30 am. and citizen participation requirements have been met.  See attached detailed advertised amendment.

The proposed amendment for Precinct 4, Years 20, 21 & 22 (2007, 2008 & 2009) will add the following:
Paving construction and/or overlays to (1). Brushline Rd. (Benito Ramirez to FM 2812), (2). Cibolo Rd. (W. of Hwy 281), (3). Ingle Rd (between Seminary Rd. to East of Barb Mar Rd), (4). Mile 11 (between Mon Mack Rd. to Big Five Rd.), (5). Rogers Rd. (AKA mile 18 N.) W of Alamo Rd./FM 907, (6). Rogers Rd. (AKA mile 18 N.) between Alamo Rd./FM 907 & Tower Rd., (7). Terry Rd. (between FM 2812 to Rogers Rd.) and (8). Owassa Rd. (between Veterans Dr. (“I” Rd.) to Fir St).  This will include but not limited to engineering fees, advertisements, testing and any related appurtenance that pertain to project completion.
